Braidwood Management, Inc. “I applaud the Supreme Court for rejecting a challenge to the Affordable Care Act provisions that require medical insurers to cover key preventative services. Today’s decision will protect access to affordable, preventive health care services, like mammograms and colonoscopies, for millions of Americans. These procedures detect conditions early, reduce disparities in health outcomes, and save lives.
