Attorney General Phil Weiser announced that he reached settlements with two cannabis companies, resolving allegations that they misrepresented their products. “Consumers should be able to trust the claims businesses make about what they sell, whether it’s cannabis or any other product,” said Weiser. “Companies that deceive consumers are breaking the law, and they will be accountable. That means that they either must change their behavior, as these companies will be required to do, or they won’t be in business anymore.”
