CA Attorney General Rob Bonta issued a statement on a preliminary injunction issued by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington blocking the Trump Administration from unlawfully withholding billions of dollars in funding approved by bipartisan majorities in Congress for electric vehicle charging infrastructure. “It is no secret that the Trump Administration is beholden to the fossil fuel agenda.
