Attorney General Phil Weiser today announced that Unlock Partnership Solutions, Inc. has entered into a settlement requiring the company to comply with Colorado’s Uniform Consumer Credit Code and provide restitution to Colorado homeowners who entered into its home equity agreements and paid interest over Colorado’s rate caps.

Today’s agreement ensures that homeowners receive the restitution they are owed and that Unlock will follow Colorado lending laws going forward.
