AG Rayfield defended Oregonians’ right to vote without surrendering their personal information to the federal government, as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral arguments in United States v. Oregon. Oregon argues federal government does not have authority to demand Oregonians’ sensitive voter data
