AG ​Raoul announced a settlement with Alternative Staffing, Inc. (ASI) that resolves allegations the temporary staffing agency entered into a no-poach agreement with other staffing agencies. Once approved by the court, the settlement requires ASI to pay $1 million to compensate affected temporary workers.
