AG Raoul announced a settlement with Surestaff LLC (Surestaff) that resolves allegations the temporary staffing agency entered into a no-poach agreement with other staffing agencies. Once approved by the court, the settlement requires Surestaff to pay $300,000 to compensate impacted temporary workers.
