AG Roaul filed an amicus brief defending the validity of the Firearm Industry Responsibility Act against claims that it is preempted by a federal statute, the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act.

More importantly, it is my priority to protect our communities from deadly gun violence as a result of those unfair business practices.
