AG Nessel announced FED Corporation, a Michigan-based contractor, has returned $4.83 million in unused grant proceeds for the development of Clare Complete Health Park to the State of Michigan. The grant funds were initially appropriated in FY 2023, and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) was legislatively directed to award the grant to Complete Health Park, a nonprofit, to develop a health and recreation complex.
