AG Nessel secured a preliminary injunction against Boss’s Pump & Well Service, LLC, and its owner, Chadwick Boss, from operating in the State of Michigan after she filed a lawsuit for violations of Part 127 of the Public Health Code and the Michigan Consumer Protection Act. The Attorney General’s complaint asserted that Boss’s Pump & Well Service operated throughout the state without licenses, routinely leaving consumers with damaged property, incomplete work, and unsanitary water wells.

Unlicensed well drillers can endanger our health and our wallets, and I am relieved the court has halted this company’s operations while our lawsuit proceeds.
