AG Nessel has sent a notice of intended action (PDF) to Recollections, Inc., a Michigan-based company that designs and customizes historically themed clothing. The notice urges the business to address repeated allegations that it violated the Michigan Consumer Protection Act by failing to timely fill online orders or refund customers whose orders remain unfilled.

When buying anything online, remember to take steps to protect yourself and only shop at businesses you trust.
