In observance of National Missing and Murdered Indigenous Persons (MMIP) Awareness Day, AG Nessel is highlighting the work of the Department of Attorney General’s MMIP Task Force. In September 2024, Attorney General Nessel announced the formation of the MMIP Task Force to address the high rates of violence against Indigenous people in the State of Michigan.
