AG ​Mayes announced a settlement with Reynolds Consumer Products, Inc. and Reynolds Consumer Products LLC (Reynolds), settling a lawsuit filed in August 2025 over Reynolds’ misrepresentations that its Hefty® brand "Recycling" bags are recyclable when, in fact, they are not.
