AG Mayes  announced her office has secured $795,000 in restitution, civil penalties, and fees from Palo Verde Mobile Home Park, LLC, after the company allegedly misled tenants about the usability of electricity at the Palo Verde Mobile Home Park. The Park owner acted with urgency to address electrical system repairs and replacements following the State’s initial complaint, filed September 30, 2025. The Park owner took the initiative to cooperate with our office in implementing meaningful solutions for their tenants.
