AG Campbell announced a settlement of up to $250,000 with a Grafton-based company, Sira Naturals, Inc., resolving allegations that it violated state air pollution control laws and created nuisance odors impacting nearby residents. The agreement resolves claims that the company failed to properly obtain and comply with required permits for its cannabis cultivation and manufacturing facility.
“Communities should not have to suffer the consequences of businesses prioritizing profits over compliance with our reasonable environmental laws and regulations. This settlement holds Feedback Earth accountable for harming our residents and puts other companies on notice that we will not tolerate business practices that threaten people’s right to breathe fresh air.” – AG Campbell
