AG Campbell issued the following statement after the United States District Court for the District of Columbia issued an order in response to the Supreme Court’s ruling, officially allowing the termination of Temporary Protected Status for Haitian nationals to go into effect, and ending legal protections for more than 300,000 individuals and families who have lived and worked in the United States for years, including approximately 45,000 Haitian TPS holders in Massachusetts.
