AG Brown led a coalition of 23 attorneys general and 3 governors in filing an amicus brief in the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, urging the court to deny the Trump administration’s appeal and uphold a lower court’s ruling blocking the unlawful deployment of National Guard troops to Washington, D.C.
