AG Brown released an update to guidance previously issued by this Office in October 2025, entitled Guidance for Maryland Law Enforcement on the Requirements of Maryland Law when Working with Federal Law Enforcement Agencies. The update reflects Maryland laws enacted during the 2026 Legislative Session.
