Brown Enterprises, Ltd., urging theSupreme Court of Maryland to reverse the decision of the Circuit Court of BaltimoreCounty and issue an opinion that protects the fair housing rights of Marylanders under theHousing Opportunities Made Equal (HOME) Act.
