AG B​onta joined the California Natural Resources Agency in submitting a comment letter, reaffirming opposition to the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management’s (BOEM) 11th National Outer Continental Shelf Oil and Gas Leasing Draft Proposed Program (DPP).
