AG ​Bonta today co-led a multistate coalition in filing an amicus brief in support of a challenge to the U.S. Department of Education’s decision to exempt the U.S. Army from the Randolph-Sheppard Act (RSA), which provides contracting priority for the management of vending facilities to individuals who are blind or who have vision impairment.
