AG Mayes is warning consumers about expired and potentially dangerous compounded prescription medications sold to the public by Slimming Grace, located at 1115 Stockton Hill Road, Suite 101, Kingman, Arizona. Compounded prescription medications and other products were sold to the public despite being expired. Expired compounded medications may become unstable, lack necessary preservatives, and pose an increased risk of contamination, making them unsafe for use. Additionally, some medications were dispensed without the required medical consultation or valid prescription. Attorney General Mayes is warning anyone who has purchased or used medication or products from Slimming Grace to immediately consult a qualified medical provider to assess potential health risks and contact her office to arrange for proper disposal.
