AG Mayes announced a $32,000 settlement with the owner of Urban Wood, LLC (“Urban Wood”). The settlement resolves an investigation into Urban Wood for failing to deliver custom wood furnishings that consumers had paid for upfront or issue refunds as promised to consumers.

"Online shoppers have a reasonable expectation that the goods they are paying for will arrive as described and in a prompt manner. Arizonans, if an online retailer doesn’t follow through on their end of the bargain and you believe you’ve been defrauded, I encourage you to file a complaint with my office so we can see how we may be able to help.
