AG Davenport announced key measures the Department of Law and Public Safety is taking to help ensure a safe and fair 2026 primary election. The Department’s efforts to protect the right to vote will once again include a Voter Protection Initiative to address voting rights and civil rights issues that arise during early voting and on Election Day.
